[Kde-imaging] where is the sideshow

Well although i had some problems in my last installation, - cannot say it was
me - Mandriva installs kipi-plugins by default as it does for digikam and 
gwenview. So yes kipi & co are installed by default. But not mandatory.
I mean no explically Requires fields into spec file (and here I know what I'm 
saying ;) ) for kipi-plugins. Another story is for libkipi, that one is needed as you
can see.
