[Kde-imaging] where is the sideshow

$ yum install kipi-plugins

That's been left as an optional (non-mandatory) dependency in Fedora's
packaging.  

Question: Do other distros make kipi-plugins a mandatory dependency for
kipi-consuming apps (like digikam, kphotoalbum, gwenview)?
