Question about Serbian translations and Android

The thing I'm trying to find out is whether one can actually select a
language that maps to sr на ijekavian or sr на ijekavianlatin in the Android
system settings. On my phone this does not seem to be the case, but I
want to make sure I'm not missing something.

My reason for this is that the Serbian translations are unusually large
(~800KB each), which results in ~3MB of Serbian translations in the 22MB
APK. If there's no way to use sr на ijekavian(latin) on Android then
there's no point in including the translation at all and we can save a
bit of download size. If it's possible to use it I'm happy to keep it
though.
