[kde-i18n-ro] Forma plural

Hello,

I would like to report that the correct form for the plurals for
Romanian is the following one:

nplurals=3;plural=(n==1?0:(((n%100>19)||((n%100==0)&&(n!=0)))?2:1))

Please change this in the gettext code base.
