[Kde-i18n-pa] My Lang Punjabi(pa_IN)'s issue

Hello,

My Lang is Punjabi (pa_IN) (INDIA). I am trying to start work with KDE 
from last 6 months, but not successful. I am using FC1. Rendering of 
Punjabi is totally worng. I am already working with Gnome, Please Help 
me to setup keymap and other issue to KDE.

for example in Gnome  /usr/share/gnome/gkb

How to start the Language (not Translation) for QT and KDE and what need 
to update to work correctly
