[Kde-i18n-fa] one suggestion: Glossary

Hi
yesterday I was searching the artchive and I fund that Arash Zeiny had 
suggested it long time ago. I do appologize for not mentioning  his effort. 
It seems that this did not continue anymore. so why not give another try to 
this usefull tool.
