I thought I might try my $0.02....

Sorry I cannot help with the right Persian translation (because 
unfortunately my Persian is not as sharp as once was). But with regards
to English, "delete" has a more negative connotation than "remove". "Delete"
tacitly means "remove" without leaving any trace of previous existence. In many
instances however, they are used interchangeably (especially by people with 
computing background).
