Yes I had got the fa.messages. But I want to know is
it possible to make translation database in RedHat?
Because updating whole of this file is sometimes
difficult. 
I installed Arial & linuxTahoma on my machine and
changed keyboard layout and now I'm able to write
Farsi characters and numbers, but I still have a
problem. When I try to configure dictionary (PO
Compendium) inside the kbabel, kbabel crashes. I have
to open kbabel dictionary and search words in it.
