[Kde-i18n-fa] A note on translations of GUI terms

Hi,


For people translating GUI terms or s/w operational terms, please remember
in the
overwhelming majorty of instances the terms are in  present-progressive
tense.

I've noticed some translations into persian that are appearing are
boarderline
past-tense.
