[Kde-i18n-fa] update

Hi All,

I just want to inform you, that there seems to be a problem with the=20
distribution of emails. Sometimes I receive a copy of my email very late.

In that case don't loose your patience. I will reply as soon as your emai=
l=20
ends up at my box.
