Thank you. It works now.

Here my documentation for what I did:

First the git clone all the required repositories in ~/KDE (my working
folder):
git clone --depth 1 git at invent.kde.org:sdk/pology.git
git clone --depth 1 git at invent.kde.org:localization/l10n-templates.git
git clone --depth 1 git at invent.kde.org:localization/l10n-summit.git
git clone --depth 1 git at invent.kde.org:sysadmin/l10n-scripty.git
git clone --depth 1 git at invent.kde.org:localization/l10n-ar.git

Note: I put depth 1 to reduce the download size.

Before I work in po files, I run summit merge by run this script:

export PATH="~/KDE/pology/bin/:$PATH"

# autostash the work-in-porgress changes files then pull the new changes.
cd "$KDEREPO/l10n-ar"
git pull --rebase -X theirs --autostash

# 3. Update Git Repositories
# summit
cd "$KDEREPO/l10n-summit" && git pull && cd -

# KDE Templates
cd "$KDEREPO/l10n-templates" && git pull && cd -

# update l10n-scripty
cd "$KDEREPO/l10n-scripty" && git pull && cd -

# update Pology
cd "$KDEREPO/pology" && git pull && cd -

# Create summit firt time
# posummit scripts/docmessages.summit $L10NLANG gather --create --force

# 4. Process Summit
echo "Merging messages"
posummit $KDEREPO/l10n-summit/messages.summit $L10NLANG merge

echo "Merging docs"
posummit $KDEREPO/l10n-summit/docmessages.summit $L10NLANG merge

After I finish my work I run the script to scatter the summit and commit my
work in the repository:

# 2. Scatter translated strings back to branches

echo "Scattering messages"

echo "Scattering docmessages"
posummit $KDEREPO/l10n-summit/docmessages.summit "$L10NLANG" scatter

# 3. Navigate to KDE repository root
cd "$KDEREPO/l10n-ar"

git add -A -- '*.po' '*.docbook'
git commit -m "l10n-ar: Update translations"
git pull --rebase --autostash
git push origin master

I will update the commit part for docbook once the new po2xml adapted to
git.
