Hi!

Yes, that’s correct. If all l10n-* folders are in the same folder, 
everything should work correctly.

(It does for me. I use this script: 
https://invent.kde.org/localization/l10n-nn/-/blob/master/support/skript/kde-l10n-synk.sh?ref_type=heads).
