Czech team - Giving team member commit access

Hello.

I'd like to give commit access to Libor Filipek (in CC) so that he can
commit translations directly to svn.

I gave him link to:
https://community.kde.org/Translate_for_KDE

What else do I need to do? Except for giving a formal approval.
