krita.org breakage

We were going to release Krita 5.3 and 6.0 today, but we cannot because broken translations completely prevent the website being rebuilt. This isn't the first time this happens... And we _cannot_ fix this ourselves, for instance by temporarily removing the entire po/SL folder and trying again...

There is https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/l10n-scripty/-/merge_requests/119/diffs -- but shouldn't errors in translations be non-fatal? 

And what's more, how can we release today if we cannot post the announcement?
