Kurdish language

Hello, I wonder how to start since we got no Kurdish team, I wanted to 
submit a few translations I have worked on. From what I have understood, 
I have to send the files to the mailing list of Kurdish team or 
coordinator, which I can not find. Last time KDE translation into 
Kurdish was almost 15 years ago active. How to start this journey? I 
translated a lot of softwares and this time I want seriously to Work on 
the translation of KDE since it does not exist.
