Request for SVN Access to Commit Persian KDE Translations

Hello dear Albert,

I have been working with Behdad for a long time. His translations, good
team work and his enthusiasm made me want to vouch for him to help with
commiting translations.

If possible, I would like to recommend him to be granted the access to
commiting and coordinating with Persian translations.
