Translation of video_subtitles--kde--Making_a_Difference in website-video-subtitles

Hi,
I added Paul who did the commit for this file
(https://invent.kde.org/websites/video-subtitles/-/commit/7cd89e010a96119292208c4f7a670ed945b0714b)
in cc.

The subtitles are used in our Peertube instance
(https://tube.kockatoo.org/a/kde_community/video-channels, which does
not have generated subtitles).
