Start Danish translation back up

Right, when trying to resurrect a team that is no longer active we have to 
creative, i think that looking at file sizes in this case we could settle for 
finishing the translations of the 3 files above plus plasma-desktop and 
plasma-workspace.

Once you have those translated, please send them to me.
