French translation breaks KStars build

[Johnny Jazeix]

I've just noticed the change is more than 200 strings, so it may not be
fixed today... maybe restoring an empty capture-filter-settings section in
the other file would be a good idea temporarely to let translators quietly
do their job when they have free time.
Because as long as the whole ekos-focus is not translated, the error won't
disappear.
