French translation breaks KStars build

For information,in commit
https://invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/commit/312643c3e04c05c7ea70c70b99991a66b3049dfe#a54723ef12ece9ed68fce09a992c9771c883265a_361_361
was removed the section on capture-filter-settings (ekos-capture.docbook)
and the link to it (ekos-focus.docbook). In the French translation, it
removed the section on the capture-filter-settings in the corresponding po
file and as there are no other changes in this file, it was generated
correctly the docbook associated.
However, the file ekos-focus.po, who linked to this page, has other changes
so its corresponding docbook page was not generated again (and the previous
still linked to the now no more existing capture-filter-settings link thus
the fail).

Other languages thta translated the docbook will be impacted too when
scripty will be running.
