Changing Persian plural definition

For some reason, our Persian translations have

  nplurals=1; plural=0;

But according to our newest translator and also

There's two plurals in Persian.

So unless someone has a really good reason for us not to, next week we will be changing the plural definition of all the fa/ files to

  nplurals=2; plural=(n > 1);
