Improvement of German Translation (Audio and Text)

Thanks for your help. I am part of the dev team and your help is really
appreciated.
Yes german version is not 100% perfect, it is also not 100% translated and
this would be great if you can help us.

For the text translation part, the german translation team is the way to go.

but on the voice part we will help you:

If you only want to record, we can do this step for you.
