Hallo Burkhard,

In Russian we translate "Plasma Workspace" as something like "Plasma
(work)environment", keeping the original name "Plasma":
 - "среда Plasma" oder
 - "рабочая среда Plasma".

We don't translate "Frameworks" because there is no good word for this
in Russian either. (Oops, it got translated in some places in
ru/www_www.po, but it still looks weird to me.)

Normal users don't need to understand what "frameworks" means because
they won't use it directly, and developers are expected to understand
English well enough to get what it is.
