Typografisch korrekte Anführungszeichen in KDE?

Ich glaube, der Mechanismus nennt sich "Thomas Reitelbach, der das diff 
kontrolliert" :-)

Mich hat schon immer die automatische Ersetzung/Eingabe der Anführungszeichen 
in Kile genervt. Manuell geht das viel besser. Vor allem, wenn man regelmäßig 
zwischen deutschen und englischen Texten wechselt...
