Pootle Web Translation // Re: Rosetta

Liebe Liste,

einige erinnern sich vielleicht an einen Thread, in dem es um das 
unfreie Launchpad/Rosetta ging. Am letzten Wochenende erfuhr ich, dass 
das XO-Projekt (OLPC) zum Teil das (freie) webbasierte Übersetzungstool 
Pootle nutzt [1,2]. Wäre das nicht eine Überlegung wert, um mehr 
Übersetzer/innen zu aktivieren?

Dear list,

some of you might remember the discussion regarding non-free 
launchpad/Rosetta. Recently I found that laptop.org/OLPC is partly 
using the (free) web frontend Pootle for web based translators:

2 - http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Browser_based_software_translation

Could this be an option for KDE-i18n as well?
