Frage zu einem Satz in KBabel zu msgmerge

Hallo Kollegen,

im KBabel-Handbuch steht der folgende Satz, den ich nicht verstehe:

Kontext: Dieser Satz soll erklären, wie ein Msgid-Eintrag den Status "fuzzy" bekommt.
Kann mir hier jemand auf die Sprünge helfen?
