[kdecat] Programa per comprovar les traduccions

Hola!

Ja està, ja funciona. He hagut d'eixir del compte i tornar a entrar-hi. Se 
m'ha oblidat dir que funcione amb Debian.

Adjunte el fitxer kbabel_regexptool.la que he creat a partir d'un altre *.la. 
En realitat no sé si ha influït en alguna cosa, però per si de cas ho deixe 
com està.

Excel·lent treball!! Mola aquesta creativitat. Ara cal afegir més entrades al 
fitxer xml. Poc a poc, entre tots ho farem. A vore si se m'acut alguna i 
l'envie.
