Agreed.

Plasma is not necessarily the closest launch of products where design is 
relevant (I work with various KDe projects, some of which are likely to 
release another one or two versions before Plasma launches), but yes, it's 
probably the one with the biggest opportunity for design changes right now 
since it's a complete rework.
