I did one thing, I included a code part in the fontSize entry where it stores the system font size in the defaultSize variable and the default value is set to this. I hope this is what you wanted.
I rewrote the redraw function so that it doesn't have any parameters and all the index stuff is done inside it.


Description

This is in response to the feature request https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=225582. Now, there is a provision of increasing the font size and as a result the row height increases too. The value of the font size in the preferences can take values from 0 to 10. O being the default font size.
