While I'm at it, can I re-propose the Quartz deck? The card bases are
nowhere near the "done" that I have in mind, but other than that it's in
good shape. It's usable and useful in its current state, and TBH it's
arguable that it should be left alone as-is.

Why not playground? (For that matter, it's probably fine to stick it
straight in trunk, and just disable shipping it if it misses 4.3 artwork
freeze... which doesn't seem likely given how far away that is, unless
I'm unable to continue working on it.)
