Those are ideas only, no need to Grrr at them :D

In my opinion the only thing that can get you out of KDE 4.x is
a) The maintainer actively requesting to do so
b) Having lots of critical bugs and not fixing them for a long time

But this is so difficult to happen that it won't happen.
