I agree that this is something we need to think about before implementing it. 
Technically, if there's more than two applications using a class/library then 
it's a candidate for moving to kdelibs but with the exception of the theming 
stuff I feel people may object to having games classes in kdelibs.

I'm not sure what the release team's feelings are on creating more *libs 
modules so it might make sense to find this out before progressing too far?

We want to avoid svn:externals if possible due to the i18n issues they bring 
up.
