libk3blib.so.6.0.0 does link to /usr/local/lib/libkcddb.so.1 from 
kdemultimedia-3.5.10_4.

After moving away /usr/local/lib/libkcddb.* and 
/usr/local/include/libkcddb, I was able to build, install, and run 
sysutils/k3b-kde4 (I have not actually done anything with it).
