[Kde-finance-apps] Work on Alkimia during SoK

I don't see a problem with having only one source, just be careful to
keep the logic apart so that other sources can be added later.
About the notifications, I'd really like it to be multiple. At least
systray notifications and SMS. Particularly so that people without sms
access can use it. It is not hard to implement and we can get working
examples of it.


Also, you should look at SoK and GSoC-related posts in  planet.kde.org
for the kind of scope and schedule definition we expect.
