Ok, svn:ext for admin is already pointing to 3.5 branch ( George, no more 
manul updates )
And no, no change completly buildsystem on very first beginning. I'm figuring 
out that we will need survive with both old and new buildsystem during a 
while, since after some of kdelibs KDE 4 become stable, there's will be 
people developing for both branches.
Qustion is if we need on that time, move to a branch for 3.5 and other head.
