  You know, it doesn't make sense to force developers to target 3.4.x even.  
In most cases 3.3.x, 3.2.x, and even in some cases 3.1.x is sufficient for 
the app.  There are a -lot- of users using older KDE versions.  Denying them 
an app that is out of KDE standard distribution simple because admin/ doesn't 
like it is very unfortunate.  The only solution is to hack the admin stuff at 
packaging time.
