Ok, I'm going crazy now. The tagged version should be _exactly_ equal to the 
tarball, not a bit (litterraly) different. Did you actually read the 
proposal?

Well, the Kile release_1_6_3 is precisely equal to the kile-1.6.3.tar.bz2. So 
I don't see your point.
