[Kde-extra-gear] KNetLoad 2.3

Hi,
I've released KNetLoad version 2.3. It's not the version with the code shared 
between KNetLoad and KCpuLoad I wanted to release, but I'm having trouble 
working on libkeg in these two weeks, I hope I can write it for the next 
version.
This version is more a i18n fix than other, because I didn't released all the 
translations in the previous versions, and also merges with changes which 
were pending in cvs after 1.99.

Actually I waited for this release to know if an updated russian translation 
was available, but seems that is not in kde-i18n, at least hte one I used in 
the last release, I hope for the next version to have it merged.
