[Kde-extra-gear] kdetv 0.8.2 released!

kdetv version 0.8.2 has just been released. You can download it at the usual 
places (see http://www.kdetv.org).

The most important changes since 0.8.1:

- Deinterlacing
- Overscan
- A handbook (please read it if you have problems or if you like to know about 
the different plugins and their capabilities)

Binary packages will become available during the next few days.
