[Kde-events] Promotional Material

Over time, some flyers have been made to promote KDE at events, examples are 
here:

What would be needed is a messaging concept for them, and then someone who has 
the DTP skills to produce those flyers (or update the existing ones). Very 
roughly, we would need user-oriented flyers and business-oriented flyers. The 
above two are good example for it, although some Oxygenisation would surely 
be welcome. The artwork team can help there, of course.
