[Kde-events] Boothbox and Logistics

As some of you already know, KDE has a boothbox. It is currently in Europe
(where it'll most likely stay). The boothbox (a big alumium case) contains
some stuff for running -- you guessed it -- a booth at events. That is TFT
displays (Jos has another one as we just recently learned), a cash box,
stands with a KDE poster, a switch, network cables, that kind of stuff.

Currently, the biggest problem is the logistics involved with that. We need
some 'shipping' partner that can pick up the box at a location at a given
time, deliver it at an event and is able to pick it up afterwards again. The
box also needs a list with what's in it, and a general check for stuff that
needs to go in there.

Right now, the homebase of the box is Credativ, a company in the west of
Germany, Torsten Rahn is in charge of shipping it. This doesn't work so well,
so I'm planning to base the box and do a bit of work on that. Longer term, we
plan to open a KDE Office (not KOffice!), where the boothbox can be based,
that should solve most of the problems.

I have a photo of the boothbox at home (I'm at the office right now), I'll
post that later to foster your imagination.
