D14684: [DO NOT MERGE YET] Fix duplicate sequence jobs completion checks.

  1. Looks like the progress bar indicator is not reset to 0 when a new job is executed, it remains at 100% until the first image is captured then it counts correctly.
  2. Scheduler is not updating count as images are captured. but the count is updated once all capture images are complete and it moves to the next job.
