[kde-edu]: Planning a KDE-Edu meeting in Paris to shape KDE-Edu 4.1

This is great news! I hope many people can come.

Among other things I'd like to work with maintainers of scientific apps
(Step,KAlgebra,Kig,Kalzium,KStars...) and see what we can do for 4.1.

I'd also like to do some intensive debugging, and especially valgrind-ing to
make sure we ship KDE-Edu 4.0 free of memleaks and other memory bugs. I know
we did this a while ago for Kalzium with Carsten and Pino and it was very
useful.

Most importantly I'm looking forward to meet my fellow KDE-Edu hackers in
real!
