A good option for the first format to advertise on the clipboard is usually 
the application's own format, e.g. for pasting into another instance of 
itself.

As a second option, since you already seem to have SVG exporting capability, 
could be SVG.

Once an ODF library becomes available in kdelibs, export to ODF Draw should 
probably come second, moving SVG to the third position.

As a last option one could consider PNG
