[kde-edu]: edu apps review

We often install Edubuntu in our schools and that primarily because of
the educational tools in that development

I found in the recent edubuntu 7.04 that a number of the education
tools did not get installed like in the past.

I had to do a
apt-get install -education*
to get those tools installed

I however found that they were available in the live Edubuntu.
I wonder why that is so.
