[kde-edu]: development of math application

hello to all of kde edu developers.
i am a student of electrical engineering in pakistan and i am intended to start a new project at kde edu which is a mega math and electrical application.the main features of it are listed below

1-it should be in general a language of technical computing and 100% compatible with matlab .
2- it should not run in terminal ,rather it should run in GUI mode.
3-it should have built in compiler to generate os compatible executable files.
4-it should be written in C++ and QT4.
5-it should have some builtin functions to interfere with serial and parallel port of computer.
6-it should provide some support to embedded devices like microcontrollers etc
7-it should have its own plotting tools unlike octave which use gnu plot why?(because gnu plot is not compatible with qt)
definitely you people would have been wondering why i am making a new thing while gnu octave is present.
of course it seems silly but there are some limitations in octave which is
1-its plotting tools is not good
2-its syntax violates bit from matlab
3-it uses external tools like koctave to provide gui editor
4- it does not provide support for embedded devices

i also talked to one of my teachers that i want to do this. he appreciated me . in that time i was willing to use java for its development but after that i came to know that softwares developed in java could not be licenced as GPL as jdk is not GPL.anybody willing to join me is appreciated.
