[kde-edu]: Icons should be installed to CrystalSVG theme ?

Ok, so modifying my proposal:

All hi*-action-*.png files to be renamed cr*-action-*.png
All cr*-app-*.png files to be renamed hi*-app-*.png

Consent?  Objections?
