[kde-edu]: Update your homepages!

This weekend I will (re)present kdeedu for the Skolelinux-folks in Erkelenz, 
germany. This would be a good point of time to update the screenshots and 
homepage infos as I hope many persons there will want to look at our apps 
next week.
At the meeting, mostly teachers will be present ==> our target audience :)
