[kde-edu]: Proposal: kdeedu-API online

Hi all!

I am not sure, if the API of a simple deriven dialog with some widget will be 
very helpfull to others but contributors of a special app. So, well 
doxymented code helps to improve an application but is not needed on 
edu.kde.org, imho.

I would start with publishing a well documented API of the classes in our 
libkdeedu. These classes are especially meant to be used in other contextes, 
too, but may not be found without any hints or documentation on edu.kde.org.
