[kde-edu]: Proposal: kdeedu-API online

to libkdeedu: That is of course included in my idea

to "no need on edu.kde.org": doxygen is made to easily create
html-pages which allow crossreferences (like the @see-tag) and
a good class-overview. If you look only at the .h-files you
don't use all those nice features of doxygen.
